Privacy policy

This policy describes information used by the Friday Night Dynasty Android game. For questions or privacy requests, contact ds.apps.llc@gmail.com.

Information stored on your device

Dynasty saves, fictional coach and player names, team and playbook edits, and any age-range choice are stored locally on your device. We do not collect your date of birth. The game has no developer-hosted player account, online multiplayer or cloud-save service, and it does not upload your dynasty to a developer server. Device or operating-system backups, if enabled, are controlled by their providers.

Purchases

Google Play handles optional Remove Ads payments, account ownership and purchase restoration. The game does not receive payment-card details. It stores a signed purchase receipt locally to verify ownership offline across all dynasty slots and checks ownership through Google Play when connected. Restoring a purchase requires the same Google Play account.

Google Play and the purchasing SDK may process purchase, device, connection and diagnostic information to provide billing and restoration. The game does not use a developer-operated purchase-validation server. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Unity IAP privacy information.

Advertising

Advertising is disabled in the current beta release. The game includes a weekly advertising feature and an optional Remove Ads purchase, but this release does not show ads.

When enabled in an update, Unity LevelPlay and configured ad sources may process technical device and connection information, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver contextual ads, limit repetition, prevent fraud and maintain their services. The configured restricted setup disables personalized advertising and advertising-ID access and applies child-treatment and restricted-data signals before initialization. Dynasty rosters and coaching decisions are not sent to the ad service.

Intended audience and privacy choices

Friday Night Dynasty is intended for players ages 13 and older. A neutral age-range choice, if presented, is stored locally without a birth date. Restricted advertising settings remain in place for every age range, including players who do not share their age. The game does not ask children to authorize personalized advertising.

Analytics, links and support

Optional Unity gameplay analytics and cloud diagnostics are disabled. Ad and billing providers may process the service information described above. Opening a school research source, provider policy, this website or a support email uses another application or website with its own privacy practices. The website host may process connection and access-log information to serve these pages; this page adds no advertising, analytics scripts, forms or cookies.

If you contact support, we receive the information and attachments you choose to send and use them to respond. The game does not automatically send a support report. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Deletion and contact

You can remove local saves, age choices and cached receipts by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it. Back up any dynasty you wish to keep first. Deleting local data does not cancel or refund a Google Play purchase. Google and Unity handle requests about information held by their services under their own policies.
